How to request a parking ticket invoice?

Our customer service can issue an invoice for the paid parking tickets and other services within 8 days after the issuance.

It is important to note that in the case of paid parking tickets, we can only issue the invoice against the original parking ticket or its scanned, photographed copy.

You can request the invoice:

  • In person at the dispatch office of the underground garage: Budapest, József nádor squere.
  • Via e-mail, sent to szamlazas(at)jnparkolo(dot)hu attaching a scanned copy or photo of the parking ticket, and sending the data required to issue the invoice (name/company name, address/headquarters, tax identification number/tax number).
